Our Service

Pre-sale

We provide 24 hours for one day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year online to solve problem for customers ; Our sales person and technican will give suitable solution for all customers according to needs of customer. 

After-sale

 After purchasing, the seller provides one time free installation and training in buyer’s factory. The seller should be responsible for airplane tickets and salary for engineers, the buyer should pay for accommodation and food to engineers. The technican will keep online by whatsapp, wechat, email for 24hours, customer can contact with us if there is any problem occurs.

Our technican and sales person will regularly communicate with customers, inquire about machine usage, and help customers solve problems.

Warranty time

The warranty of the machine is 3 years（main spare parts）,except for the consumable parts such as consumable parts . Warranty time is valid from the date marked on the label of machine. If there is any quality problem, seller should replace new parts for customers for free during the warranty period. When machine exceed the warranty period, and parts are need to be repaired or changed,  the buyer shall pay for that.
