1.The manipulator is driven by a servo motor through a precision reducer, with a total lifting stroke of 700mm and a lateral travel of 4500mm (adjusted according to actual conditions)
2.Multiple sets of vacuum oil-resistant suction cups are installed, each set of suction cups is equipped with a manual valve, which can be manually closed and adjusted according to the size of the plate. The repeated positioning accuracy of the feeding robot is ±2mm.
3.The end is equipped with a pneumatic plate separation device to facilitate the separation of plates during automatic feeding. Note: Due to the different adsorption forces and oil content between plates, it is not guaranteed that the plates can be completely separated successfully.Manual assisted separation can be performed according to actual conditions.
4.Automatic loading and unloading is equipped with 1 double-layer electric material cart (upper layer) for the laser machine to store the finished material machine waste frame after cutting, and 1 electric material cart (lower layer) for the laser machine to provide raw materials.
5.The material truck is driven by a deceleration motor and equipped with an electromagnetic braking device. Equipped with a movable magnetic separator, it is convenient to adsorb the board for auxiliary splitting and improve the success rate of splitting.
6.The unloading adopts a double-fork unloading manipulator and a loading suction cup connected to the same lifting column structure. The unloading method is a left and right double-fork structure, the unloading fork has a short running distance and a low failure rate.
7.The equipment is fully servo-driven. The lifting and lateral movement of the manipulator are all driven by high-power servo motors. The lifting mechanical system is equipped with linear guide rails, with fast running speed and high positioning accuracy.
8.The control system uses an imported 10-inch touch screen with an intelligent CNC system of an Omron program controller. It has automatic and manual operation modes. All settings, monitoring, and debugging can be operated by hand on the screen, which is quick and easy.
9.The working environment of this machine should meet the requirements of -10-45℃ temperature, relative humidity less than 80%, no flammable and explosive materials, strong electromagnetic interference, no corrosive gas, no liquid splashing, and good lighting indoor environment.
1.The user can switch between automatic loading mode and manual loading mode by operating the touch screen to suit different working conditions.
2.Loading method:Use bottom split material fork to open,and the internal vacuum suction cup absorbs the plate. The lifting shaft is lifted and moved horizontally to the laser machine to place the plate on the laser platform.
3.The material unloading method adopts an electric left and right double fork structure. The unloading fork has a short running distance and a low failure rate. The opening and closing fork uses steel square tube fork teeth, which has a large load-bearing capacity and strong anti-deformation ability. The contact area between the material fork and the plate is small and does not scratch the plate. The double fork opens and closes synchronously in both directions along the linear guide rail and is driven by an electromagnetic brake motor.
4.The loading and unloading manipulator body is made of manganese steel pipe and high-quality steel plate, which are welded as a whole and then treated with vibration stress relief, and processed by a large CNC gantry milling machine. It has good rigidity and high precision. The gantry beam and the legs are connected by adjusting bolts, which is convenient for adjusting the horizontality of the gantry beam. The loading and unloading manipulator is driven by a servo motor through a precision reducer and is equipped with imported linear guide rails. The lifting mechanism is equipped with a synchronous balancing cylinder to improve the stability of high-speed lifting and avoid vibration problems during the movement of the lifting mechanism.
